Jungle Warfare

Jungle Warfare — 'Warriors at the Wheels' — was billed as Pittsburgh's first all-jungle party, a collaborative event uniting two local promotional crews, Underground Inc. and Lollipop Posse, in celebration of the evolving jungle/drum & bass scene. The night ran from 10pm to 8am and featured a stacked lineup of jungle DJs including Dieselboy (Underground Inc., soundcloud.com/dieselboy), Karl K (V-Buzzin' - Philly), Slant (2-Tuff - DC), Tic-Tac (Spawntaneous - Cleveland), Sine (Underground Inc.), Starchild (88.3 WRCT - Pittsburgh), and Ruffian (Underground Inc.), plus live drummers and a live PA performance billed as '1.8.7'. MCs Dub 2, Soy Sos, and Sphinx hosted the night. Tickets were $10, cash only at the door. The event enforced a strict no alcohol, no weapons, no markers, no spraycans, no attitude policy.
