Jet Set
A massive three-room electronic music event featuring top techno, house, drum & bass, and lounge DJs from NYC, Philadelphia, Houston, San Francisco, and Pittsburgh.
Jet Set is a large-scale multi-room electronic music event held on March 17, 2001 at Level (333 4th Ave, Downtown Pittsburgh, PA). The event features three distinct areas:
**Area 1 (Techno/Tech-House):**
- Heather Heart (Sonic Groove, NYC) – East coast techno veteran who helped throw some of the first raves in the US alongside Frankie Bones and Adam X.
- Joeski (Maya Records, Siesta Records, Chocolate Factory, NYC) – House DJ known for sets at NASA NYC and the SF Full Moon Parties.
- Craig K & Inspector 901 (*4 turntable set, PHITT, Nu-Form, F.E.S.P., Technoir, Houston)
- N8 Castro (Blankface, ESDjco, San Francisco)
- Plastique (F.E.S.P., Nu-Form)
- DJ Society (Project 7, South Point Records, Gnosis)
**Area 2 (Drum & Bass):**
- J Smooth (GFS, Planet Groove, Philadelphia) – Top scratch junglist and studio producer with releases on F-111.
- Starchild w/ MC Messinian (Substitution, Selekta.com, Platinum, Philadelphia) – Skilled and dedicated drum & bass DJ with radio show on selekta.com, MC Messinian is resident MC at Platinum in Philadelphia.
- Alaska (Bulletproof, Nu-Form, Sphere)
