Dave Scanlon writes austere songs and continues a series of "counting" compositions focusing on intonation, numerology, and measurement. He is also a member of the experimental rock band JOBS and the pop group Leverage Models.

millie DREAD is the independent project of writer, poet, producer, and vocalist Hannah RB (she). Hannah is a wholly self-taught musician, who builds her synth-heavy tracks using only virtual instruments on her computer, which she programs using notation software alongside a DAW. In January 2024, she released her first record, titled "give me my flowers while I am still here." Hannah identifies her music primarily as darkwave, but she encompasses styles from genres such as industrial and classical, as well as drawing inspiration from retro video-game music. Hannah made her live debut in June of this year, utilizing projected dynamic visuals to accompany her dramatic, dark, and moody sound. She is currently hard at work on her next record, whose working title is "Necropolis." Her first record is available to listen on Bandcamp and all major streaming services.

Residing in New York City, Performer-composer Caleb A. Smith is a multi-faceted artist interested in varying levels of absurdity, randomness, stillness, dramatic textural changes, education as healing, and storytelling. Caleb received formal study and graduated from both Oberlin Conservatory of Music and the New England Conservatory. He’s grateful to have studied with Gary Bartz, Jason Moran, and Robin Eubanks.

As a performer, Caleb has had the honor of sharing the stage with luminaries such as five-time Grammy Award winning American visionary Lauryn Hill at the 2018 Rock N Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony presented by HBO, a performance with trumpeter Terrance Blanchard as part of Cleveland’s Annual Tri-C Jazz Festival, and at the historic Karamu House for productions of Langston Hughes’ Black Nativity. Being a native of Cleveland, Ohio, Caleb has performed in vast arrays of different musical settings including at small clubs, churches, weddings, theaters, sizable concert halls, parties, libraries, restaurants, parks, cemeteries, etc. Most recently, Caleb performed at the 2022 Annual Tri-C Jazz Festival with the Tri-C Jazz Fest All-Star Big Band led by bassist and composer John Clayton (featuring great musicians like Sean Jones and Rodney Whitaker). Even more recently, Caleb embarked on his first international tour with the Cleveland based group Mourning [A] BLKstar. They performed throughout Europe in The Netherlands, Germany, and Italy. During this tour, the group performed at three major festivals (Le Guess Who?, Crossing Borders, and Cosmic Awakening at HWK). They also performed/recorded with acclaimed musician and visual artist Lonnie Holley.

"Projects that purport to “explore the borders of masculinity and sensuality” are not exactly the jam du jour, but a non-Talking Head David Byrne (DLB) whose provenance is as enigmatic as his facial hair opens that exploration for the indisputably better. Charmaine's Names has us under his many grips with his seductive baritone and sax game ~ this crooning, confusing troubadour opens the gates just a crack for us - and you - to catch a glimpse of the enigma (and his untrustworthy guts). - KRAAK
